Hello everyone, so every once in a while a girl just needs chocolate. Chocolate is just one of those things that is essential for mental health. I am not talking about eating your weight in chocolate, although depending on the situation isn't such a bad deal. However there are many health benefits to eating chocolate in moderation. We wont get into all that here after all I do have to give you all my recipe on how to make the easiest, quickest chocolate fudge you have ever had. Its so creamy, chocolatey, and decadent you will never know by eating it, that it took only 4 ingredients to make it.
Measure out as much chocolate chips as you want to no less than a cup though.
1/4 cup of butter
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
In a medium sauce pan start melting some butter, when the butter melts and forms little tiny bubbles add in the chocolate. Stir with a whisk until melted. Now add in the whole can of sweetened condensed milk and whisk the whole time until combined. Take the chocolate off the heat and stir in the vanilla. Stir really fast because this stuff sets up and hardens fast. Spray non stick cooking spray in a 8x8 pan and pour the hot chocolate mixture into the pan and cover. Let it chill in the fridge for at least an hour if you can. When its set up cut into squares and enjoy melt in your mouth goodness that only chocolate can give you.
