Olive Tapende



Hello everyone, today's recipe is going to be olive tapende.  Its very expensive at the store but I am going to show you how to make this for a fraction of what it will cost you at the store.  Its only a few ingredients and its another recipe that packs a huge punch.  Sometimes some of the best recipes are the simplest.  The video that I am attaching was made when I first started making videos.  So sit back and enjoy !

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
8 oz of green olives
8 oz of black olives
2 tablespoons of diced parsley
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of minced garlic

Instructions:

Grab a blender or a food processor and just throw all the above ingredients except the oil and lemon juice.  Start blending or pulsing the ingredients and slowly add in the oil and lemon juice until the mixture is at a smooth consistency.  You can serve this with some crusty french bread or crackers.  You could also put this on sandwiches or dip veggies in it.  I hope you enjoy this as much as my family does.  Live, laugh and love.
