Fruit Smoothies


Hello everyone, I hope you all ready for the weekend.  Today is a great idea for keeping cool in the morning when the morning is a bit too warm to make something on the stove.  My daughters love these and about a year ago I had my oldest helping me make a video.  I will put that video up on here just scroll to the bottom of the page.  Ok here is the recipe guys.

Ingredients:

2 cups of frozen mixed berries
1-2 bananas cut up
1-2 cups of greek yogurt
1 cup of juice of any kind orange juice or grape juice or honey for taste


Instructions:

You will need a blender or a food processor.  Now just start putting all the ingredients in the blender or food processor.  I use frozen mixed berries instead of ice cubes because the ice cubes as they melt make it watered down.  At least as the berries melt it just gives it more flavor.  After everything is all blended up, pour it in a tall glass and there you go.  This is quick, easy, affordable and healthy.  Try this for your family and they will love it.
