Berry Breakfast Smoothie

In this video we just used what we had on hand you can swap out any ingredients you wish




Hello everyone, I am not feeling so well today so I figured I would put up an easy recipe. This is to finish out my breakfast in bed theme. Next week I am not sure where I am going to go with my recipe ideas. If any of you have any recipes you would like me to put up on this blog let me know and I will see what I can do for future blogs. At any rate I am getting very sleepy as we speak so I better get this out to you all.

Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup of plain non fat yogurt
1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon of honey
1 handful of grapes

Instructions:

Grab your blender or food processor and add in your orange juice, yogurt, honey, and grapes in the blender. Next break up the frozen bananas and add those to the blender as well as the berries. Blend on high until its at the texture you prefer. Grab some glasses and straws and you are ready for a very yummy treat. These smoothies are my girl's favorite. As always you can adjust this recipe to whatever you like and you can make more or less. Live, laugh and love everyone.
