Super bowl Sliders the MishMawsh Way

Hi everyone, I hope this day finds you well. So I know that the super bowl is a ways away however it doesn't hurt to get prepared and inspired. I do not take any offense at all if you want to change up any of these recipes, after all I put them on here so you can make them your own. I also want to make clear that I am no way a chef or a professional cook, I just like food and I like to be creative with it. I have to be creative with it for the sake of my husband and children because sometimes the kids may like something that my husband doesn't or vise versa. I am not picky about many things so I try to find a happy medium that the kids and the husband will enjoy. I hope you all do too. So with that all being said lets get cooking sliders!

Ingredients:

1 pound of ground beef, we use the extra lean variety so there is little grease and no need to drain. However if you use a more fattier version just know that they will shrink up and require some draining
1 large onion diced
1 small cookie sheet
1 clove of garlic
1 rolling pin
1 pizza cutter
1 package of small dinner rolls we like the Hawaiian king rolls the best.
sliced tomato, lettuce, sliced red onion and condiments of your choice
about 16 slices of cheese give or take

Instructions:

Put your ground beef in a mixing bowl and add diced onions and garlic and salt and pepper. Mix until the onions and garlic are incorporated and put the ground beef mixture onto your cookie sheet. Next spread the meat out with your rolling pin until all the meat is evenly distributed. Put this in your preheated oven on 350 degrees just until the meat is cooked. Bring the meat out of the oven and slice with your pizza cutter into small patties. you should have about 16 or more patties make sure they small for sliders. From here cut your cheese into quarters because one slice of cheese will be too much. After the sliders have cheese on them put them back into the oven just until the cheese is melted. When the chesse is melted, put your slider on the rolls of your choice and add your tomatoes, lettuce and onion, dress them how you like and serve them up.

You could serve these sliders with a small cup of the potato soup we made yesterday for a meal or make them together for your super bowl party. Either way its a real treat and kids love them. I hope you live, laugh and love everybody!
