Ingredients:
4 ounces approx. of blue cheese
1/4 cup of buttermilk
1/4 cup of mayo
1/4 cup of sour cream
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1 to 2 dashes of hot sauce of your choice
1 small crushed garlic clove or a teaspoon of minced garlic
Instructions:
In a medium to smallish bowl crumble up your blue cheese you can use a fork or your fingers I wont look I promise. Mix in your buttermilk, mayo, sour cream and all the other remaining ingredients. You can put in your mixer if you want a more smoother texture or leave it as is. Your done that is all that it takes to make this dipping sauce. You can put this on a baked potato or over steak would be yummy. You could also use this as a dipping sauce for the buffalo chicken tenders we made too.
I think this would work for a veggie dip as well. If you are having a super bowl party or just watching movies I hope this recipe works for you. Live, laugh and love everyone!
Just as a side note, today is my youngest daughter's birthday. She is 4 years old today and light of our lives. Its hard to believe that little doodle bug as I call her, is almost old enough to go to kindergarten. Didnt I just do this with my oldest daughter? Oh my has the time passed by so. So I want to wish my little Doodle bug otherwise known as Bailey Elizabeth a very happy birthday!
