Beef Gravy/sauce

Hello everyone, I am sorry this post is coming up later than I would have liked it to be. I was very perplexed as to what to put up for a recipe today. I Decided to put up my gravy for roast beef or beef stew or any beef related recipe.

Ingredients:

1 envelope of french onion soup mix
2 beef bullion cubes
3 cups of water
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic finely diced to a mince
1 large red onion
2 stalks of celery minced
2 carrots cleaned, peeled and minced
8 ounces of fresh mushrooms halved
fresh herbs of rosemary, oregano, and thyme
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

After all your veggies are all minced and chopped. Grab a large bowl and add your soup mix and bullion cubes to 3 cups of hot water.
Heat up a large skillet with extra virgin olive oil and add all your veggies, cook them just until soft and add them to the dissolved soup mix and bullion. Stir them around and add in your herbs. Now you have a gravy or a sauce that goes great with any red meat dish, you could even use this for steak. I used this to cook with the roast beef I made the other night, not only did it give the meat a wonderful flavor it was used to keep the meat moist and tender.

If any of you have any recipe ideas you can email me at Heatherzblueyez@aol.com or you can contact me through facebook or leave a comment here. I hope you all have a great day and remember to live, laugh and love.
